• The FTP Site Will NOT Accept FOLDERS:

• Name All Files With The ADVERTISER’S Name Included:
DO NOT NAME FILES “Park Place Magazine Ad”

• Wait Until File(s) Are Done Uploading:
Closing the application early may stop the upload.
You will NOT be able to see inside the folder.

• YOU MUST E-MAIL US TO NOTIFY AD IS UPLOADED:
Ads will NOT be processed without the emailed information.

FTP SETTINGS:
You need to use an FTP client, such as Transmit, Fetch, Cyberduck, etc.For The Mac User:
Host: ftp.parkplacemagazine.net
User ID: ppmftp
Password: 0507ppm
Copy and paste, or drag, your files INTO the UPLOADS folder


For Pc Users:
1. Select Windows Explorer (not INTERNET Explorer) from your
All Programs/Accessories menu.

2. Type this address into your address bar:
ftp://ppmftp:0507ppm@ftp.parkplacemagazine.net/
3. Hit Enter

4. Copy and paste, or drag, your files INTO the
UPLOADS folder in this window.

Your Checklist
Once ad is uploaded, an email MUST be sent to production@parkplacemagazine.com with the following information:

• Name of Folder/File as it appears on the FTP;
• Name of Client MUST be included in file name;
• Size/Shape/Color of ad that was uploaded;
• Issue Date for ad;
• Contact information of person to contact if we
have any digital issues - include phone number
as well as email address;

Subject Line: FTP Upload for (client name)
Ads will NOT be processed without this information.

What to upload: PDFs
• Ads must be sized exactly
• Output should be High Resolution with 300dpi
• MUST be CMYK
• Embed all fonts/images


Reminders:
Fonts
(screen & printer) must be included.

COLOR Ads
All files must be CMYK.
Any RGB or PMS files will be automatically converted to CMYK and may result in color shifts.

Images
Image/Ad resolutions of 300dpi recommended (we cannot guarantee the quality of images from a website.)

B&W Ads
Save B&W images as grayscale- CMYK conversion to b/w may result in darkened image.
