
Ingredients:
1 pint of heavy cream
1 cup of cocoa powder
¼ cup of sugar
1 tbsp Nutella
4 ounces of Baileys Irish Cream
Mix sugar and heavy cream together and bring to a simmer. When simmering, whisk in cocoa powder until fully incorporated. Before serving, add Nutella and mix.
For skewer:
24 mini marshmallows
1 skewer for caramelizing marshmallows
¼ crushed graham crackers
1 cup of melted semi-sweet chocolate
crème brulée torch
4 decorative skewers
Method Using brulée torch, caramelize all 24 marshmallows until golden brown. Set aside 8 for skewer. Dip 16 of the caramelized marshmallows in chocolate. Set aside 8 of the chocolate-dipped marshmallows.
Then dip 8 of the chocolate marshmallows in crushed
graham crackers. In an alternating fashion, place two of each type on the skewer.
Serve in martini glass and garnish as pictured.
