Ginger Sidecar

2 ounces Stirrings ginger liqueur

1 ounce Cointreau

1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice

1 dash Angostura bitters

Stemless cherry, preferably brandied
Turbinado sugar, for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass with a half turbinado sugar rim. Garnish with a cherry.
