Ingredients (serves 1):
1 tsp. Wild Hibiscus Flower syrup
5 mint leaves
2 oz. Don Q Cristal rum
2.5 oz. Efferve Sparkling Pomegranate Lemonade (available at Kings Supermarkets)
Mint sprig and a lime twist, as a garnish.
Muddle the mint leaves together with the syrup in a shaker. Add Don Q rum and some ice cubes and shake
thoroughly. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling lemonade.
Add the garnish.
